It is one of the initiatives introduced by the Ministry of Housing in Saudi Arabia, which aims to implement more than 300,000 units in all over the Kingdom

The project is located in the city of Jeddah and consists of 412 housing units with a total area starting from 104766 m2, designed with an elegant exterior and interior architectural style that suits the different tastes of families, and meets their needs by providing an integrated and lively environment characterized by its proximity to commercial, educational and health facilities, and includes green spaces and various recreational activities for the residents of the neighborhood.

Samaa Jeddah is a high-end housing project within the integrated Khayala project, north of Jeddah, with a total area of more than 1.5 million square meters, in partnership with the Ministry of Housing within the “Sakani” program.
